January 2, 2007 Prodex Consulting joins Perficient!

November 14, 2006 World Usability Day 2006 was hosted by the University of Minnesota and the UPA MN hosted an evening poster session. Posters were displayed by US Bank, Perficient, 3M, Medtronic, and Mayo. The evening presentation was given by Joseph Konstan. Alice De la Cova organized the day sessions and John Neenan organized the evening activities.

June 12, 2006: DeeDee DeMulling and Carol Smith chaired the International Usability Professionals conference in Broomfield, CO to a goal breaking attendance of approximately 630 attendees. The UPA 2006 conference is an opportunity for Usability professionals to come educate, be educated, inspire and be inspired by fellow practitioners. DeeDee is a Sr. Product Experience Designer with Prodex Consulting. She began testing applications and quickly began moving up the lifecycle ladder to be able to influence, define and set the direction of products to meet the needs of business owners and customers. DeeDee loves her work and brings inspiration and a can-do attitude to teams she has the pleasure to work with.

May 11th, 2006: Debbie McConnell is speaking during the UPA-MN chapter meeting in the 10 Minute Talks forum. She will be discussing Designing for small screens vs websites. Debbie is a Sr. Product Experience Designer with Prodex Consulting. She began designing UIs when the only color choice was green and GUI referred to the smiley faces you make with parenthesis. Today, Debbie designs interfaces for web-based and small screen products produced by medical, manufacturing, and retail companies.
